Lydie is a certified holistic wellness & life coach who helps women professionals to cope better with stress & anxiety, reduce it or recover from it.

As a mum, wife, Mental Health First Aid Instructor, busy working woman and business owner, she can relate to your challenge and fully understands how life gets hectic, preventing you from taking good care of yourself.

She is trained in a unique health philosophy called Wellness 360™ and uses a proven coaching process called the CORE Coaching Method to help her clients reach their goals and create lasting changes.
